Hey everyone,Those of you who regularly prospect FSBOs using Ricky’s strategy, what does your approach look like to assist FSBOs for free? I’m looking to develop a game plan, but don’t know exactly what to do. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

I just came here to search for something like this. I’d love any ideas and/or scripts for working with FSBO’s. I’d also be interested in what the Fair Trade Agreement looks like.
