I took Ricks idea of a mass email CMA. I picked the small city I live in and purchased 1200 emails for $75.00 from Property Radar. In less than 30 min I got a lead! Check out what I sent: https://conta.cc/3Mae07B
Hey Fernando, did you call prop stream for tht because i didnt see an option to purchase just emails.
On property radar, I circled the city of Arvin and created a list of the home owners. On the search features, you can filter to get only Home Owners with Emails. That is how I created the list with 1200 emails. propertyradar.com is the site I used.
I think I am going to start doing all the small towns where I live. They are mostly Spanish speaking communities.

A lil scary going this route. If you haven’t gotten these specific people’s permission to email them it is likely against the law. Be careful.
