Who here has gotten success from Ad Builder with Redx? I finally got it connected with technical issues with Redx. However, I am not sure if I set up my ad right. Is there anyone I can connect with and reach out to see what I can do better?

Whats up Adam! I wasn’t a huge fan of Redx’s add builder. It was kinda clunky.

I got redx and the expired leads. However i am having troubles going back 10 years to see all the expired data . Is this even possible to do with Redx? How has anyone done this.

You should try looking them up in your mls

I dont have them but according to the replay from Monday Ricky says contact support and they’ll do it for you.

I got connected with Redx and they helped me out. Its is unbelievable. You can upload unlimited amount of expired data into Redx and then the system cross reference with Redx data for the phone numbers.
Numbers are the most expensive thing when you go bulk.
This is great. It is tedious but I think worth to test for your business

Hi Jon! redX(vortex) or mojo dialer. It tells you who is DNC and I wouldn’t worry about that anyway. You aren’t soliciting. You are problem solving.

I think initially I am going to steer away from DNC as im learning the script and getting familiar with cold calling but im really excited/ nervous. They look like they are the same cost. Do you prefer one over the other?

I hear more positive about mojo. But if you work them they both work. Ricky uses Vortex. (redx)

to track my progress on redx, I consider only emails collected as contacts. Should I also track those that I talk to but don’t get an email from as contacts as well? Most say they wanna keep in touch but decline giving an email so I text them my contact card. How do y’all track your progress?

For those of who is doing the weekly email with Constant Contact. How do you get those emails out of the promotions tab and into the regular inbox of your clients. Is there even a way to do this? Thank you in advance

I use API Nation to move contacts from MOJO to Constant Contact. I haven’t done the reverse of that yet, CC to MOJO, but I believe that is an option.
