Finally ripped the band aid off and made some cold calls today. Over 100 numbers dialed, 3 answered, 2 were agents and 1 a homeowner not budging to give me his email address but said I could stay in touch through the phone. Hey everyone! I’m not new here, but I just haven’t posted much. Question for all y’all cold-calling junkies! Just from looking at my own data, I’m seeing about 10% email capture from total calls made. So with 100 calls, I get about 10 emails. It may be different for everyone, but just curious. What are you finding? Appreciate the feedback.

Wow, I’d say that’s pretty good. I’m in Miami Beach, for 100 calls made I get an average of 1 or 2 emails.

@MiamiBarb No problem. I am not a writer, but when I ran the largest pet resort in North Carolina I took several classes on what to do for that type of marketing. I am trying to discipline myself the consistency needed. That is possibly the # 1 thing when it all comes down to it. Have a great day!

@MiamiBarb I liked your 1st news letter. From what I understand you should be able to scan it and know what the content is within no more than 10 seconds (That is what I was taught about web pages & mass email campaigns). 😎Starting the 60 day challenge today!! I am 3 months into my second year in real estate. I was able to handle 28 transactions in my 1st year with no real goals set.
