Last week of the 28-day challenge 150 calls 19 contacts made 5 new friends to add to my database. Got out my weekly email, posted on social media, mailed out postcards to expired listings, mailing out 600 football schedules, and my listing went under contract! #ZTD60daychallenge

Week 6 ~ Days 9-15 of the 28-day challenge.209 calls ~ 25 contacts and only 4 emails. Got out weekly email, posted on social media, took a past client out to dinner had one closing ~referral from a past client. I know I could be making more calls but I am being more consistent. Small wins! #ZTD60daychallenge

Week 5 ~ Days 1-8 of the 28-day challenge.100 calls ~ 17 Contacts ~ 5 emails. Was showing two buyers’ homes last week and couldn’t get back on track with my calls. Week 4 I made 479 calls, contacted 44 people, and connected with 10 to add to my database.

I got a new buyer from this week’s circle prospecting. They are approved and ready to go.

Hi! Week 3 ~ Made 400 calls ~ contacted 42 people and got 8 emails. I was calling Expired and FSBOs I found it harder to transition the call to asking to keep in touch. Week 2 ~ Off 2 days ~ Circle prospecting 3hrs for the week, 160 calls, 19 contacts & 9 emails. I sent out my weekly email, had a closing, and two of my buyers went under contract. #ZTD60daychallnege

Week 1Cleaned up and reached out to my SOI. Created a custom list in FB for them. Did weekly email. Showed 8 homes. Submitted 2 offers. Scheduled 2 listing appointments. 1. from a circle call about a year ago and the other was an expired listing I spoke with a few months back. Posted on social media. #ZTD60daychallenge
