Today during my cold calls I had my first hang-up. I got through the entire introduction and the person on the other end simply said “I’m going to hang up now” and he did hahahaha. I’m always checking out what comes on the market then go to circle prospect around it but it seems a lot of the time all the houses sold just a bit over a year ago. I’m a November agent (and baby) as well ha ha. That’s awesome though. Hey Yefrany, you should be able to find that information in your hotsheets or absorption reports on your MLS. If you want on on here there’s groups dedicated specifically to Florida agents and Miami in particular. You just have to search the groups and you’ll find them.

Just did my first ever cold call. It’s strange–I’m a general manager of an industrial sales business and have done cold calls 100s of times. But this one really got me feeling jittery, I had the number typed and ready to be dial for about 5 minutes.
