I am getting discouraged with my calls. All I get is nasty people hanging up on me and a bunch of voicemails. I am calm, polite and comfortable asking the right questions but have been going through a rough patch I guess, I sure pray that next week will be better…! Have a great weekend everyone

It might be how you are talking (tone,energy,&c.). I remember when I first started calling, someone asked if I was a robot. When I laughed, they realized that I wasn’t in fact a robot.
