Today during my cold calls I had my first hang-up. I got through the entire introduction and the person on the other end simply said “I’m going to hang up now” and he did hahahaha. Just did my first ever cold call. It’s strange–I’m a general manager of an industrial sales business and have done cold calls 100s of times. But this one really got me feeling jittery, I had the number typed and ready to be dial for about 5 minutes. I just started my second year in Real Estate and last week I started cold calling seriously and with intention and I took 5 listings. This week I’ve sent 12 CMA’s and met with 3 over zoom. Is it really this easy? I’m hoping I don’t jinx it. lol🤣

Wow I just watched you today on Brandon’s YouTube channel! Good seeing you here. I called 1038 yesterday, 37 contacts, 0 emails. So it’s definitely not that easy.. lol Were you circle prospecting, or calling Expireds/FSBOs??

Up until VERY recently it was not allowed in NJ. I set all my buyer closings on Tuesdays and I LOVE your problem of too many in one day. If I had the choice I would pick my favorite to sit with. I always do final walk thru with each client and normally give them their gift at that time.
