James grew up in Oregon, is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, boating, golf, hunting and snowboarding. Before he was a real estate expert he was a Certified Personal Trainer, commercial fisherman in Alaska and collegiate athlete in 2 sports, baseball and basketball.
