@rickycarruth what email provider are you using? constant contact doesn’t recommend gmail and if I’m gonna cut umbilical chord with Coldwell Banker, I would prefer not to use my CB acct

So, I technically started 60 day challenge yesterday. Currently, I’m doing an open house on one of my listings and Monday, I plan to hit it hard!!! Should I make Monday my starting day? Yesterday has the landmark of being first day of second quarter. However, I only got through first section of challenge….. thoughts?

Heyyy Jayson, super pumped to have you join the challenge! Just want to clarify, what do you mean when you say you got through the first section of the challenge? Which lesson of the 60 are you on? Each section is numbered 1-60!

was watching a tutorial on youtube. he had a gmail but said he used his domain email as to avoid his content being sent to spam…
also while I’m thinking of it…. what do you use as your calendar?
Gmail works, but it may actually be true that if you have your own domain, you can get into the main inbox easier. That’s a hard thing to research and find truth for. Mine goes out from Gmail and I’m staying between 35%-40% open rate. And I use the Google calendar. It integrates easily with nearly everything I believe. Ricky is still toting…[Read more]
thanks John, and I just realized I stated that Constant Contact doesn’t recommend…. should’ve stated “I’m hearing it’s not recommended” anyways, main objective is obviously to get results and sounds like whether it’s yahoo, gmail or the like, I should be in good shape… may also be smart to use google calendar and stay in their eco system……[Read more]
I’m not a big CRM guy. I do have KVCore that eXp gives us that I use for my people that have signed into my website, but mainly use the Google sheets method that Ricky laid out in the 60 day program, just to track the hot leads.
