I like to only call to same neighborhood, so I’ll make sure I know exactly the layout of it and draw lines around it with the “Boundary” selection in Geoleads.  Then get the max of 500. 

Letters can work if you have absolutely nothing else to do.  You can stick to a similair script like “wanted to let you know that 123 Main Street just sold for $xxx.  Let me know if there’s anything I can help you with.”  Or simply, “Would you consider selling your house at 123 Main Street to a prospect of mine?”

Depends on how you are counting.  A contact may be someone that picked up the phone, and then you’d count how many emails you got as another number.  The emails produced from a good conversation is where the business is at

Yes, and don’t forget to balance quality v. quanity on the lead gen.  You’d be spending too much time on one lead when you can be calling several others.

Do the weekly email religiously.  Spend a specific amount of time on real estate every week, gather the data of everyone you contact, email, phone, and a short note about that person.  Log the data and start a follow up reminder sheet.
