Happy New Year everyone!! I am new and have been procrastinating getting started. I got my CT license last year (October 2021) and had to go back to selling cars to make money. I’m really good at it, but I hate it! I really would like to be full time with my real estate business by April 15th of this year! I am with eXp, and could use some coaching and advice! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Do the weekly email religiously. Spend a specific amount of time on real estate every week, gather the data of everyone you contact, email, phone, and a short note about that person. Log the data and start a follow up reminder sheet.
