I think I”m just going to say “will this make my boat go faster” before I want to grab the sweets, not get on the phones, scroll social media too long, ect. What is your mindset check?!

I just started my second year in Real Estate and last week I started cold calling seriously and with intention and I took 5 listings. This week I’ve sent 12 CMA’s and met with 3 over zoom. Is it really this easy? I’m hoping I don’t jinx it. lol🤣

Can you change a sponser once you are at eXp? Have had a few local exp agents ask me about my experience transitioning to eXp after being at c21 for 20 years.
