Based on the seller and situation I don’t give all the details, but I feel like if the other side has a client that is ready to go, guiding them to what needs to be done to get the deal there, in my eyes is working for your seller to bring them the best possible offers.

    • Same, I’m thinking I might take all my hand full of unsubscribers from my weekly email and put them on that so I can still touch them every month with differant kind of content. Do you think that would be bad business?

    • I paired with one of my lenders, and have added my clients to it. I get really good feedback from them, they like the way that the email is structure, and the information that it provides them about their home in their neighborhood. I think it’s a really sharp tool and definitely adds value to you as an agent.
