I don’t know a single “top agent” (25+ listings sold/yr from telemarketing) who does not call DNC numbers

Just avoid calling the do not call list it illegal in all 50 state.

Cold Calling Together – Join us daily 3 years agoHi. Feeling frustrated. I’ve made over 100 calls in the last couple of days, and have not connected with 1 person. The 2 or 3 that did answer, were not even the correct numbers.

I would suggest triple dialer to get through a tough neighbor. Also, if 9am to 12pm calling timeframe unsuccessful, hit up 5pm to 7pm call session. Average 10% pick up rate, 10X your call list and you’ll see numbers pan out. Best of luck!

I did a session today and didn’t even do a full hour and got 4 emails from sellers. Perhaps you number is flagged I used my cell cause my other business line is VOIP not able to hear well.

yeah I noticed when I use RED EX for my state does work so well when it comes to data so I use MOJO and perhaps Land Voice is another good option.

I do get frustrated sometimes when that happens, but then I think I just spent 1 hour, got some practice with the phone. Tomorrow will be a better day and will connect with someone. At least you pick up the phone so don’t get frustrated 😃

I have been getting similar results. Not only that, but the contact info is wrong on 75% of the people that do answer my calls.

The newest script I’m using doesn’t ask for their name. I don’t really care who I’m talking to! It still gives me a number to call.

Same issue, been trying to come up with a general script so I can blast through my 62,500 numbers with one easy to remember script, what are you saying that works?

Great book, I read it a few times a couple years ago. I applied the principles in the book and that’s actually what got me in to real estate. I’ll have to pick it up again and apply the principles to real estate.

RedX – power dialer
I was contemplating so I just called in and told them to sell it to me. I was between redx and mojo. I was way more impressed with the agents at redx and the support they gave me.
Ok great! Are you calling one prospect or multiple. I’d like to get good at one and then move on. I need someone to hold me accountable 😂
I am in Canada, so Redex cannot help us. I am using Telelisting. I too would like an accountable partner, Christina, would you like to partner with me? Or we can all 4 join in. 1 group and hold each other accountable. Plan weekly and do our best to complete what we plan?
Redx – Power (Single) Dial. Started yesterday. Only one session in, but I am finding a ton of time spent waiting. Already considering the Triple Dialer

I prefer to use an independent dialer since i am trying different lead sources to find the best one, redx has 5 correct numbers for every 50 i dial & i have made over 2000 calls in the last week

I use Readymode which is a beast of a dialer!
