Daily Goal Setting and Affirmation 4 years, 2 months agoI did a comment 3 weeks ago about calling on a expired and drop my voice mail. The expired was 1.3 million. The story get better. He call me last week and ask me to sell is daughter house. I met with the daughter and signed a listing agreement for $545,000 today.

Just want to say I used the circle prospecting script today, and I went through my contacts on the dialer….i have tried multiple scripts and this script was the EASIEST and most EFFECTIVE I’ve used. Ive had such a great response!!!

in once session I made 30 calls, 20 actually answered and when asking if there was anything I could do 4 responded yes so we will be meeting, and the others said not right now and willingly gave me their info to keep in touch! normally I’m hung up on every single time lol

Right, lol 😂 For listings, we are doing direct mail & we do get people yelling at us telling us how dare we direct mail them & to immediately take us off of their list, lol 😂 It’s just direct mail man, calm down!
