  • Honestly, I dont feel the EXPIRED numbers on the REDX are worth the money. I have been calling all week and not one is accurate. No one answering, has anyone used any other dialers that have more accurate data? What about MOJO? What about the G EO leads on REDX? Better numbers? I feel like im totally wasting my time.

    • Asia, I have found that 4 of the 18 geo leads numbers I dialed yesterday were correct, the rest were disconnected. I am in a remote part of Colorado. Am wondering if there is a more accurate data from other companies, as well.

    • I changed the amount of time to at least 3 yrs definitely has improved 

    • I’ve used Landvoice in the past, and I felt the accuracy of their numbers improving over the years while I was using the service.  I haven’t used them recently.  

  • Hey, I did a bunch of cold calls again today but feel REDX expireds numbers are questionable. No one own those properties it seems, no one answering. Anyone finding this too? Moving on to GEO leads, I have the REDX script here but wanted peoples opinion bc GEO leads seem very broad. What GEO leads script do you use?

    • For expireds, a strategy to have more quality conversations with homeowners of expired listings is to look up expired addresses in MLS, look up owners of the selected addresses on MLS Remine, and look up the phone number for the owners online with “US phone book” or “search people free.”

    • I use GeoLeads.  I pick a listing from my brokerage to do an open house and get 500 households around that open house.  Then I call promoting the open house.  I like it I feel like my database is growing!

    • Up until VERY recently it was not allowed in NJ. I set all my buyer closings on Tuesdays and I LOVE your problem of too many in one day.  If I had the choice I would pick my favorite to sit with. I always do final walk thru with each client and normally give them their gift at that time.
