• Getting lots of offers on my new teardown listing in central Sarasota FL. All are cash, all at or way over asking price. Fielding calls every hour. Have had no time to make seller listing calls since friday.

  • 1/4/22 12 calls, one appt with FSBO1/3/22 12 Calls, 2 buyer showings.Need to get a different crm and dialer for sure.

  • Weekly email sent to over 1000 contacts. I am still doing it through MLS Prospects 100 at a time. I will make the jump to constant contact at some point, but for now this is free and works.

  • I had to break up my call schedule showed a couple of $3-5million Bird Key properties today, and another tomorrow. That would put a nice dent in my income goal for the year!

  • Monday, I made 25 calls to my buyers. I had to reconnect with those that I let alone for too long. I still have more to go and did not get in time to buy the redx leads discount.
