I just use plain (but pretty) Thank You cards and hand write a message inside. I get a small handful of emails from each calling session so its not big task to complete at the end of my day. I have branded stationary blank note cards but the generic ones are fine. I add a busines card and sometimes a Starbucks card. I got a really nice response…[Read more]

I almost had an appt but they cancelled when I contacted to confirm, anyway I was going to take them a Starbuck GC but my mentor didn’t think it was a good idea. I’m looking for a new place to work so I can find a good mentor and I think I will be buying some GC’s.! Thank you!

Try doing the 60-day challenge here if you haven’t already. I also recommend trying to get into the 1:1 coaching. I had a fantastic experience.

Day 5 of the 28 day challenge…✅Woke up 5:30, exercise, hydrate!✅ Wrote out handwritten TY cards✅ Caught up with some more past clients✅Called Expireds I didn’t get to yesterday. Day 3 of the 28 day challenge…Woke up a little too early at 4, hit the gym, did a few miles with the dog. Started my circle prospecting around a brand new listing. Day 2 of the 28 day challenge…I got up at 5:30, hit the gym and then did a couple of miles with my dog. I got on the phone 9-11 to call past clients. I managed to make only 5 calls (1 VM, 4 LOOOOOOONG but fabulous conversations!)
