My goal is to warm up before I start cold calling. Of course we would take turns and cold call each other at our preferred time. Shoot me a msg if you’re interested. thanks

Great book, I read it a few times a couple years ago. I applied the principles in the book and that’s actually what got me in to real estate. I’ll have to pick it up again and apply the principles to real estate.
