only 23 dials and my connection to Vortex stopped working — 7 voicemails and 1 hang up saying “She’s DEAD!!!”…. hopefully the server will come back up for me so I can end on a more positive foot 🙂

Tried to squeeze in some calls – just under an hour, 53 calls, like 30 voicemails, 2 convos, 0 emails.

Today I seemed to get more voicemails than usual, but in the end the emails averaged out to my typical results. I call usually in the time between 10-2. That’s just what works for me because my kids are in school. Don’t over think it. I seem to get the same results no matter what time.

Hour and a half on the phones: 78 calls, soooo many voicemails, 3 hang ups, 2 emails and …. one listing appt for Monday! 🔥Edited to add: went back for another 30 minutes, got 2 more emails.

Great job @erinbrumco . I’ve never cold called before, most calls I made in the past I knew the people so knew their schedules. I’m assuming, and probably a bad assumption, that if I call people during the day, I will get a lot of VM or people at work. What has been your experience and what timeframes do you make your calls? Hi everyone, my name is Erin Birmingham Anadu a broker based in Boston. I’m doing the 60 day challenge for a second time around. Did a version of it successfully a couple years ago – just started my own brokerage this year and its time to recommit. Day 2…Just under 2 hours – 3 emails, 55 calls, only 4 hang ups 😂
