    Hello! I’m in Mobile, Alabama! I’ve been using Redx since November and it’s helping my business grow! I’ve been a Realtor since June 2020 and have been with KW the whole time!

  • Open House went well. 6 people came (3 groups). Two groups were neighbors on the street who were curious. One person was thinking about the house as an investment.

  • Friday. 2-4. I knocked on doors in the cold (and on again off again rain) around an Open House (tomorrow from 2 to 4 pm).3 hours and 15 minutes. 16 Refused. 7 emails.One email bounced. I followed up by sending a tour (YouTube) of their neighborhood.

  • Thursday 2-3. I knocked on doors to promote an Open House… my listing. Started door knocking at 11:30 am and stopped for lunch at 3:00 pm. Resumed at 3:45 pm until 5 pm (got dark).4 hours and 45 minutes. 27 Refused. 15 Emails. I put a lot of business cards on doors. 1 call back from a business card… so far.

  • Wednesday 2-2. I got to my listing at about 11 am. I’m holding it as an Open House this Saturday. I filmed 10 Tik Tok videos that I can release little by little as Saturday approaches.
