Hey guys! Quick question. When I’m cold calling often times I come across contacts with LLCs listed as the property owners. How would you initiate/ approach these calls to property owners that don’t have names to greet them by? Thank you in advance for your help 🙏🏾

I like to look them up and find out who they are, where they live, what else they own, etc. It helps me keep talking and get info. Investors are easier to talk to, you might have something they want. At the very least you will have a contact to keep handy for a fast sale later once you determine what kind of investor they are and their favorite…[Read more]

I go to the website for the secretary of state, look up the LLC, and it’ll give me the name/ contact info of the person behind the LLC. Then I call that person. Usually it’s an investor with multiple properties.
