Good Morning you all. I just wanted to share that I drove to San Antonio this past friday to attend the event with Ricky Carruth and it was amazing. I was so pumped up with all the guest speakers at the event. Thank you Ricky for all you do from the bottom of my heart and remember closings happen everyday. Happy Monday

Hey y’all so he decided not to list at the moment he is set on a specific price that this market is not supporting. But I did create a new relationship we talked about everything so he will definitely remember me. On to the next one!

50 calls today 3 good contacts with emails/cell # 2 potential listings& It wasn’t SO scary calling these folks… most ppl are just happy to have a conversation & that felt good! My goal is to double this tomorrow… shooting for 100! #ztd60daychallenge
