Thank you for the positive words! The listing is mine!! However the offer wasn’t highest and best. That is OK though. I’m here! Back and ready to rock and roll! I had started the program and was feeling great about Ricky’s message and coaching but then joined a team and its been a nightmare for me and who I am as a person and how I like to conduct business. Now I’m doing things my way, this is my business and I’m about relationships over transactions! 🙏🙌

I just started my second year in Real Estate and last week I started cold calling seriously and with intention and I took 5 listings. This week I’ve sent 12 CMA’s and met with 3 over zoom. Is it really this easy? I’m hoping I don’t jinx it. lol🤣
