Mother of 4 adult children. 2 boys 2 girls.  3 grand children and I lost count on grandanimals.  I served in the US Army.  Homeschooled my girls.  Now that everyone is grown I can full time Real Estate.  I have been licensed in FL since 2001.  Listed REO( Bank owned)  completed MANY BPOs( Same as a CMA or Home valuation report) , I have experience from listing in a HOT market with multiple offers, working with families that the parents need do downsize  as well as working with first time homebuyers and those that want to down size without the push of their kids.  I pride myself on staying educated beyond the state minimum requirement for what is happening in the ups and downs of real estate.  Transparency is key in sharing anything I am legally allowed to share so the seller or buyer has information or resources to get those answers they are looking for.
