Good Morning! I am in the midst of the 30 listings challenge. sent out 200 letters with 5 responses! I am going to start calling the people I sent letters to. Is there a script for those calls that I can review?

My Little accountability post: I mailed 20 handwritten letters to homeowners. I called most and left at least a voicemail to most of them. Let’s play the “handwriting charm” waiting game!

Called Redx Geo Leads around an Open House I’m holding Sunday.1 hour and 45 minutes, 92 leads, 163 calls, 19 contacts, 1 email.Called my hot list of people I think are going to buy or sell soon. Reduced hot list from 37 people to 26.

Well, I’m not new to real estate but I’m new to TN only been here 6 months. I was in DE selling for 14 years but got my broker license opened an office there and was invited to get a license here and open an office here as well. I relocated in July last year to do so.
