Second day of cold calling! I have the power! Im 3 hours in, will take a break and the come back for 3 more hours, I am determined to be Top listing agent in my company this year!

Question for all agents that have used RedX, Do you guys call the phone numbers that show the DNC list or you avoid those numbers? I am starting with my calls today.

If they are on the DNC I wouldn’t call them.

I just started my second year in Real Estate and last week I started cold calling seriously and with intention and I took 5 listings. This week I’ve sent 12 CMA’s and met with 3 over zoom. Is it really this easy? I’m hoping I don’t jinx it. lol🤣

Wow I just watched you today on Brandon’s YouTube channel! Good seeing you here. I called 1038 yesterday, 37 contacts, 0 emails. So it’s definitely not that easy.. lol Were you circle prospecting, or calling Expireds/FSBOs??

For me, this happens because I like to schedule all closing days on Thursdays if my (buyer client) is okay with it. Up until VERY recently it was not allowed in NJ. I set all my buyer closings on Tuesdays and I LOVE your problem of too many in one day. If I had the choice I would pick my favorite to sit with. I always do final walk thru with each client and normally give them their gift at that time.
