I entered real estate at the unction of a friend who believed I would be great at it. I had just retired from the military and needed work, and I love working with people, so I thought it would be an excellent fit for me. I worked at it part-time. I was married and didn’t need the money, but I did well because I developed a love for it. Fast forward to COVID, I did not work based on my doctor’s advice concerning my medical condition. I am ready to become engaged once again because of my family situation. So you can say that I’m starting now because of all the market changes that have transpired, and I have worked through this type of market before. I believe this is the program to help me get back on my feet, mainly because of my financial status.
