Never give up.   Network with other Realtors in and out of your office. You would be amazed what other Realtors will share to help others succeed. Great example, Ricky and every other Realtor on this platform. Learn how to be you and not sound like a script.   Follow the zero to diamond program and get out of your comfort zone. Remember, we are only calling and speaking with other people. Some are just nicer than others. Keep a positive mindset. Get your daily routine mapped out and stick with it.  Stay away from the doubters; they will take you down with them. Find positive people to be around.
