I just finished today’s cold call session and I was wondering if anyone has a suggestion for the voicemail message. Some people do not leave a message but I prefer to since I have had a closing from one.
Hey Dawn! Love that question, what did that voicemail say, the one you got a closing from?
I was actually promoting one of my firm’s listings and the voicemail gave information about the property. I called several people who owned rental properties in the area and one of them who lived out of state returned my call. He wanted to sell one of his properties. I waited a year for the listing. During the wait I helped with several things including getting the condo repaired and gave them advice on how to deal with the HOA.
Thank you for the tip. Right now I dial by hand so I do not use a recorded message.
