@RachelWarrellFLRealtor Hello Rachel,Thanks for being on this platform and helping out. Last year I went back to the Real Estate industry so I am fairly new. I have a lot to learn. I was looking into joining a team so I can structure my schedule to be more productive and have a daily routine like a 9-5 job. I review my local hot sheet daily. Whats not and price changes and do weekly email is consistent now for a few months. I try to make daily call so I need to be more committed to this task. What other routine should I incorporate to be more successful? I have already completed the 1st 60 day challenge and need to work on scheduling time block for other productive task.
