@KLucas Hello Keith, Excellent job on the last report of the year! A quick question – did you record all this on Zoom and showed the report via screen-share in Zoom? if not how did you do it, please?I am in Toronto Canada…I know we do not get all the reports you get in USA but we have some in MLS that I would like to use and do something like what you did for the toronto market.Would be most grateful if you can share any tip, guidance etc., on making the report on video with the stats. Many thanks Keith….loved what you did and thank you for sharing! Mumtaz
Hi Mumtaz,
Thank you, they are fun to do and my audience really likes the info. I have editing software called Filmora, that I use to do a screen record it gives me the option of displaying myself in the video. I can control my window size and location. You can do something similar using Zoom as well, just with more limitations.
Hope this helps!
Keith
Many thanks Keith, I will try that. I have Mac, I have used IMovie, but will definitely try Filamora. Appreciate it very much Keith!
