First I went to the MLS and searched for all the types of homes I want to include (single, multi, 3-4, etc…).
I selected the status to be either active, pending, or sold and saved the search with the name of its corresponding area. (I did one search per area).
After having all the areas saved I went to my website and created a custom page where I added all the areas and inserted a link to each and everyone of them.
Then after having that custom page, I grabbed the link from the custom page within my website and inserted that link in the email.
If I didn’t explain it clearly let me know and I’ll screen record the process, though it might be a little different because we have different MLS.

I am a brand new agent. I am trying to build my referral system from scratch. I love Ricky’s philosophy. I think people here do so. That’s why we follow him and listen to what he said. So I believe my clients will be in good hands if I do refer them to one of you guys who I have connected with here.
