Today was a rough one. Zero emails. Either they’re not interested or already had an agent they’re already going to work with. Have to look on the bright side…. At least I made the calls and hopefully developing my communication skills.
Just getting started in Real Estate and I have a feeling I will have tons of those days. Good luck next time.
If they already have a agent you could try Marquez Bransons script for that, look him up on youtube Ricky has had him on to. when they say i already have a agent then you say “okay…well I have been seeing alot of people come and go and get out of the business lately and retire would it be… okay to stay in touch… maybe i could help you out down the line be your back up or something” then 50/50 will say okay then you say “Okay cool” pause a little then say whats a good email. Alot of people say they have a agent but dont remember who it is or have lost contact with them
