Anybody have general metrics for budgeting expenses as a new agent with no background data? Is the budgeting expenses supposed to be ONLY related to real estate? like, not personal living expenses, correct?
Yes, only real estate expenses. Find yourself a good accountant and talk to them about everything you can write off as an agent.
