Last week i got my first in person appointment off a cold call with an Absentee owner / landlord – did a price anaylsis for him. He decided not to sell the first house he showed me but wants to sell his second house with me.I did the no pressure approach / relationships over transactions attitude and i think it paid off. Going to see the second property today. Hopefully it becomes my first official listing!
