Hello R.C./ ZTD Family! I am finally on my last Course #6, finishing up my TX RE License in about 4-6 weeks! I’m so excited. Yay! With 20 years as a Realtor in NJ I went through a lot. From much success to all the pain 2008 crash brought to us homeowners! But now, I feel that in my new Home State 🤠 , our ZTD community & Ricky’s amazing coachings …The Sky Is The Limit!! 🙏🤠🏘.Would you guys please give me your opinion in reference to sponsoring brokers? I really want to join eXp. But the question is: Should I find a local one in Houston area (Sugar Land), or having Ricky in Alabama, (if he would approve me to join his Team), would actually be the best option and wouldn’t matter being out of my state? Hello Trista! Thank you so much for replying! I think I’ll finish my course this Thursday! So excited. Uhu! What would be the best day/time for us to quickly connect please if don’t mind. I have a few questions about what do line up on my plate for now on. Also I will finally start my 60 Day Challenge. And I decided I’ll go to San Antonio in 2 weeks to meet Ricky and the whole ZTD Family. I got a text with a questionnaire to apply and hopefully qualify to be part of RC’s Team. I think that was saying I got my free ticket reserved to San Antonio, but I’m not sure…So these are the updates and short beginning goals for now.
