I was a stay at home mom until I got divorced and faced all the challenges that come with it. I needed to quickly find a way to make my financial commitments and got my real estate license in 2015. I did about a dozen transactions and struggled gaining traction. I then got a full time job with steady income and hours until I was let go with the pandemic. I am focusing on my real estate career with a new set of eyes and attitude when I joined with my brokerage in the beginning of September. I am excited to have my first settlement schedule for the first week in January 2022! That’s 1 in a row!! have to start somewhere. I saw Ricky’s video this morning on my Youtube feed…I watched a few videos on cold calling and circle prospecting while I was getting ready to start my day. I really appreciate how he is down to earth and gives everyone the birds eye view, fly on the wall experience to see how the Top Earning Agents get things done.
