so i think i got ahead of my skis… im new to email marketing (constant contact) im telling everyone ill be giving them a weekly market report when i cold call.. is this possible to do? i just got to part of 60 day challenge where @rickycarruth is teaching about it (constant contact)….? thanks
I wouldn’t say that you are gonna give them a market report unless your getting good results. The script is to ask if its okay to stay in in touch and when they say yes then ask them what there email is. Its unneeded to tell them about the market report if they dont like it they can unsubscribe.
these are owners who are interested in where theyre properties are trending, if i have had a good conversation and yet no is the answer to sell now or immediate future, the next q is if i can stay in touch and if they would like to get a report…. (absentee owners)
