@rickycarruth Hi Ricky,
I’m a new agent and working to build my database. Purchased REDX and plan to start my first calling session this weekend. I’m part time and am using your suggestion about blocking 4 hours on my day off to get on the phone.
That said, I noticed DNC numbers with many of the GEOLeads. I plan to call. What is your advice about calling DNCs and how do you manage the conversation?
Appreciate your help. Really enjoying the 60 day challenge.
I call them LeAnne. I think if you come from a place of good intentions and are not trying to sell something, there is nothing wrong with meeting new people over the phone. I’ve sold many homes to people on the DNC list.
