I just finished “Your Oxygen Mask First”

I did a comment 3 weeks ago about calling on a expired and drop my voice mail. The expired was 1.3 million. The story get better. He call me last week and ask me to sell is daughter house. I met with the daughter and signed a listing agreement for $545,000 today.

This week I decided to switch my call on Expired listing. Today while I was driving, I got a call from one of my drop voicemails.
It was a seller said I call yesterday, I introduced myself and said yes I did call. I told him the reason for the call, and notice that is home was off the market. No script! Just a conversation with him.
