Finished up my list for a community I have been cold calling this week. Today was SUPER productive!Called for 2 Hours Total / 11 Emails Obtained / 2 of those owners are looking to do something in the Spring – Whoo Hoo! I get more and more comfortable with every call I make; this is just the beginning! 😃

Stick with it….I’m new here; however, I’ve been cold calling for years. It’s easy to get discouraged. You called for 50 minutes and that’s probably more than many agents. Keep going
