Florida Agents 2 years, 3 months agoGood afternoon, getting focused with zerotodiamond. I am restarting my career in real estate. Jacksonville Florida. Glad to be here. In regard to the do not call list: I know that Redx scrubs the national DNC list although it is my understanding that they do not scrub the Fl DNC list. How do you handle this?

Hi Bill,
I keep all of the do not call numbers in my calling database. The do not call listing is to stop people from calling who are trying to sell something. That is not us.
We are merely relaying information (what has sold or listed, etc.) and asking if we can be of any help to the person.

I’m in North Florida. I call anyone and have never had anyone get upset with me calling as far as the DNC. Like Rex said, we’re not selling, we are trying to help people. Good luck!!

July 3 will be my first day relaunching into Real Estate (licensed since 2013 – listed and sold 2 homes and closed 25 buyers ). Starting out working 10 hours a week initially while I finish paying off existing debt. Paid off $6000 in the last 45 days. $4000 left. I just finished “Your Oxygen Mask First”
It was a great book and provided 17 habits to implement to create a plan to become a better leader and how to take care of yourself in the process
