Does your buyer have a specific area he likes to invest in? If so, you can send out letters to those zip codes/door knock/call through certain neighborhoods. Also, you could set up a search on the MLS to look for certain public remarks such (motivated seller/investor special/tear down/Cash/fire) basically any wording indicating investment style…[Read more]
