I just finished “Your Oxygen Mask First”
It was a great book and provided 17 habits to implement to create a plan to become a better leader and how to take care of yourself in the process

He call me last week and ask me to sell is daughter house. I met with the daughter and signed a listing agreement for $545,000 today.

Arizona Agents 4 years, 2 months agoI have a question? I have an 1st time buyer that is legally married but is separated and is trying to purchase a home on her own. She is trying to get an FHA loan. Can she?

She’ll need to get him to sign paperwork that he’s not part of the purchase. However, he can just not hold her up. I have had several clients whose spouse has messed with them from renting to buying property.
