									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m just getting started with the dialer on RedX and am pretty new to RedX in general. When the system prompts me to start dialing, it auto-checks the box to exclude mobile numbers. I tried to uncheck this and it prompts a warning. I&#8217;m curious as to why? Is there a law I&#8217;m unaware of as to where a cell is treated differently than landlines? Thanks!</p>
