What’s your answer for a seller who is not willing to pay commission versus to give you a listing?

In the absence of value commission is always gets negotiated down wards. Provide them more value and see your commission go up wards🔥

I just started my second year in Real Estate and last week I started cold calling seriously and with intention and I took 5 listings. This week I’ve sent 12 CMA’s and met with 3 over zoom. Is it really this easy? I’m hoping I don’t jinx it. lol🤣

I think email are not real on Redex, I sent over 200 emails, all of them came back incorrect.

Up until VERY recently it was not allowed in NJ. I set all my buyer closings on Tuesdays and I LOVE your problem of too many in one day. If I had the choice I would pick my favorite to sit with. I always do final walk thru with each client and normally give them their gift at that time.
