Mindset Book Club 4 years, 8 months agoI restart every year with Darren Hardy’s Compound Effect. I’m an Audiobook listener for the most part, but also read on kindle. Limited space for all of the physical books but boy I miss them.

Mindset Book Club 4 years, 9 months agoStarting off the 22 books by reading Millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller. My team and I have selected about 28 books to choose from. We are aiming for 2 books a month!

Mindset Book Club 4 years, 9 months agoI have purchased 3 of the books Ricky Carruth mentioned in his YT video this month. I just finished Elevate, by Robert Glacier. Next is BE 2.1 by Jim Collins, reading both to improve my business thinking skills and get to the next level as a Realtor. The third book I will start is Good to Great, by Jim Collins by the end of January.

What do you count as a contact? Live answer?
I’ve heard some count any contact as a contact but I only count homeowner.
Okay yes, I count a contact as a conversation and an email address. That way I feel like I’m realistically keeping track of how much my database is growing. But there’s all kinds of different ways to define a contact, for sure. Okay well good luck, keep pounding the phones!

Yeah sounds good, 3 hours a day is completely overwhelming to me. Sometimes I just try to call for half an hour, but I really don’t like the calls, I don’t know something in my head, I know I don’t want to be bothered by people trying to help me, I clearly don’t care about my family or my goals! Haha!
