I have a buyer who just does flips, I have FLEX MLS, anyone know where I can find some investment properties? Please let me know if you have any listings or guidance on this type of situation. Does your buyer have a specific area he likes to invest in? If so, you can send out letters to those zip codes/door knock/call through certain neighborhoods. Also, you could set up a search on the MLS to look for certain public remarks such (motivated seller/investor special/tear down/Cash/fire) basically any wording indicating investment style…[Read more]

Mindset Book Club 4 years, 2 months agoHey everyone, I started The Alter Ego Effect this past week and highly recommend (Todd Herman). My goal is 2 chapters a day but this one I can’t put down. Also, listening to Atomic Habits on Audible. Has some great tips on building and changing daily habits. Anyone else read any of these?
